Meet The Doctors

James M. Faulkner, DDS, PA

With roots in Alfred, Maine Dr. Faulkner attended Colby College, and continued onto Georgetown University to receive his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). He then proceeded to attend Boston University to receive his degree in Orthodontics. Dr. Faulkner is one of the few Orthodontists in the state that is Board Certified. He served as President of the Maine Board of Dental Examiners for many years.

Dr. Faulkner has no trouble keeping busy balancing ski patrol at Sugarloaf, being an EMT for Kennebunk Emergency Medical Services, and coaching his sons' baseball and football teams throughout the year. Despite all his activities Dr. Faulkner had proven that he values his family time above all. With his wife Nancy and their three children, the Faulkner family enjoys fun times together, including sporting events and traveling.

Corey J. Teguis, D.M.D.

Dr. Teguis graduated magna cum laude from Tufts School of Dental Medicine where he also completed his orthodontic specialty training. Dr. Teguis is proud to serve as the president of the Maine Society of Orthodontics. He is very active in his specialty’s organizations and has the honor of being a member of the Pride Institute, a leadership training component of the American Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Teguis, his wife Jackie, and their two young sons are active members of their community. Dr. Teguis enjoys competing in local triathlons while his boys cheer him on yelling, “Go Daddy Go!” Coaching soccer and baseball, building Lego creations, and taking bike rides are how Dr. Teguis spends much of his free time. The Teguis family spends summer days at the beach and winter weekends skiing the nearby ski slopes.
